Notification on 2nd Mandatory COVID-19 Testing
in Conghua District
从化区广大市民朋友：
根据最新疫情防控形势，为切实保障广大人民群众身体健康和生命安全，根据市、区疫情防控工作统一安排，从化区定于2022年4月12日在全区范围内启动第二次全员核酸检测工作。现将有关事项通告如下：
Everyone has a responsibility to curb the spread of COVID-19. To strengthen our COVID-19 response, the Guangzhou Municipal Government has decided that Conghua District will conduct 2nd district-wide COVID testing on all residents on April 12.
一、核酸检测具体地点及时间以所在镇（街）的村、社区通知为准，请根据所在村、社区工作人员的通知指引，分时段有序到达指定地点开展一次核酸检测，避免人员聚集和等候时间过长，做到“应检尽检”，确保不漏一户、不落一人。居家隔离和居家健康监测人员另行安排核酸检测。学生检测安排以各学校通知为准。
1. The specific testing sites and times are subject to the notification issued by your village or community. To prevent crowds and long queues, please follow the instructions of the community staff and go to the designated site to take the test in your allocated time slots. This testing is universal and should cover every household and every individual. Separate arrangements will be made for residents under home quarantine and home health monitoring. Testing on students will be subject to the notification of schools.
二、请佩戴好口罩、携带手机，提前准备好“粤核酸小程序”采样码，以便采样现场的快速高效查验。老人、小孩没有手机的，可在家人手机账号下添加生成其二维码。
2. Please wear a mask, bring your mobile phone and get your Guangdong COVID-19 Testing (Yuehesuan) QR code ready for a faster on-site verification process. Senior citizens and minors who do not have a smart phone may get a QR code on their family members’ devices.
三、请先自查体温、健康码、行程码，如有异常请原地自我隔离并及时上报村、社区工作人员。黄码人员请到指定的黄码检测点进行核酸检测。
3. Please check your temperature, health code and travel itinerary card in advance. If there is an abnormal result, please report it to your community staff and place yourself under quarantine on the spot. If you have a yellow health code, please go to the testing site for yellow code holders.
四、在采样现场，请注意保持“一米线”距离，有序排队，不扎堆、不交谈，听从工作人员指挥，按要求进出场地。
4. Please follow social distancing of one meter. Stay in queues and do not gather. Follow the staff’s instructions while you enter and exit the testing site.
五、在接种新冠疫苗48小时内暂不进行核酸采样，待48小时后再进行采样，需及时向村、社区工作人员报备说明情况。
5. If you have taken a COVID-19 vaccination shot within 48 hours, please do not take the test until it’s 48 hours later. Please report this to your community staff.
六、核酸检测结果出具前，请尽量减少流动，暂不参与聚集性活动，如有发热等不适症状，请主动到就近医院发热门诊就诊。
6. Please refrain from traveling or attending group activities before the test results come out. If you have a fever or other symptoms, please visit a nearby fever clinic immediately.
为了您和全区人民的健康，请广大市民朋友积极配合，不造谣、不传谣、不信谣，确保检测工作高效完成。
To protect yourself and others, please cooperate with us to ensure efficient testing. Please do not trust nor spread rumors.
